စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ အထူးအခုိင္းခံပုဂၢိိဳလ္ မစၥတာ အီဗရာဟင္ အ(ဒ္)ဘူလာ ဂမ္ဘာရီသို႔ ပန္ၾကားခ်က္။

ကုလသမဂၢ အေထြေထြအတြင္းေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္ရဲ႕ အထူးအၾကံေပးပုဂၢိဳလ္ မစၥတာ အီဗရာဟင္ ၊ အ(ဒ္)ဘူလာ ၊ ဂမ္ဘာရီရဲ႕ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႔(၆)ရက္ၾကာခရီးစဥ္ဟာ ၂၃ . ၈ . ၂၀၀၈ (စေနေန႔)မွာ ၿပီးဆံုးခဲ့ပါတယ္ ။ျမန္မာလူထု တစ္ခဲနက္ေထာက္ခံအားေပးေ႐ြးခ်ယ္ခဲ့တဲ့ “အမ်ိဳးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႕ခ်ဳပ္ (NLD)” ႏွင့္ လက္နက္အားကိုးနဲ႔ မတရားအာဏာယူထားတဲ့ စစ္အစိုးရတို႔အၾကား “ႏိုင္ငံေရးအရ တင္းမာမႈေတြကို ေျပလည္ေအာင္ညႇိႏႈိင္းေျဖ႐ွင္းေပးရန္” ဆိုတဲ့ ကုလသမဂၢရဲ႕ တာ၀န္နဲ႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကိုလာေရာက္ခဲ့တဲ့ ခရီးစဥ္ဟာ(၆) ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။

မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ ရဲ႕ ခရီးစဥ္တိုင္း စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ အလုိက်စီစဥ္ထားတာျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ ၊ လြပ္လပ္စြာ သြားေရာက္ႏိုင္ခြင့္မ႐ွိခဲ့ပါဘူး ။ အဲ့ဒါကိုလည္း မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီဟာ မိမိအေနနဲ႔ မိမိအစီအစဥ္အတိုင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ခြင့္ရရန္ေတာင္းဆိုခဲ့ျခင္းမ႐ွိဟု ၊ ယူဆရပါတယ္။ စစ္အစိုးရက ေတြ႕ဆံုရန္ စီစဥ္ေပးတဲ့ပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားနဲ႔သာ ေတြ႕ဆံုခြင့္ရ႐ွိခဲ့တာ တစ္ႏိုင္ငံလံုးကျပည္သူေတြ အသိဆံုးပါ ။ ဒါကိုလည္း မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီက ၀မ္းသာအားရ လက္ခံေတြ႕ဆံုခဲ့တာပါဘဲ ။ ျငင္းပယ္ျခင္းမ႐ွိသလို ၊ အမွန္တကယ္ေတြ႕ဆံုသင့္တဲ့ပုဂၢိဳလ္ေတြနဲ႔ေတာ့ ေတြ႕ဆံုရန္ မႀကိဳးစားခဲ့ပါဘူး ။

စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ ေန႔စဥ္ထုတ္သတင္းစာနဲ႔ ႐ုပ္ျမင္သံၾကားေတြကိုၾကည့္ရင္ အစဥ္အၿမဲ စစ္အစိုးရပုဂၢိဳလ္ေတြနဲ႔ အထူးခင္မင္ရင္းႏွီးစြာဆက္ဆံေလ့႐ွိၿပီး စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားနဲ႔သာ ညစာစားပြဲ က်င္းပေလ့႐ွိပါတယ္ ။ အတိုက္အခံပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ား တက္ေရာက္ႏိုင္ရန္ လံုး၀ေတာင္းဆိုျခင္းမ႐ွိခဲ့ပါဘူး ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီဟာ ညစဥ္ညတိုင္း ျမရိပ္ညိဳ႐ိြဳင္ရယ္ဟိုတယ္မွာ ၊ အႏွိပ္ခံခဲ့တယ္လို႔ လံုၿခံဳေရးတာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ေနသူအခ်ဳိ႕က ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္ ။ ျမရိပ္ညိဳ႐ိြဳင္ရယ္ဟိုတယ္မွာ အခ်ိန္ေပး ၊ ထမင္းစား ၊ အႏွိပ္ခံ ဇိမ္ယူေနၿပီး အမွန္တကယ္ တာ၀န္အရ အခ်ိန္ေပးေတြ႕ဆံုရမယ့္ NLD အပါအ၀င္ ၊ တိုင္းရင္းသားဒီမိုကေရစီပါတီ အဖဲြ႕အစည္းေတြ ၊ ေတြ႕ဖို႔က်ေတာ့ အခ်ိန္မ႐ွိလို႔ (၁၀) မိနစ္ဘဲလက္ခံေတြ႕တာဟာ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီရဲ႕သိကၡာမ႐ွိတဲ့ လုပ္ရပ္ပါ ။ ကမာၻကထည့္၀င္ထားတဲ့ UN ကေငြေၾကးေတြ (လစာအပါအ၀င္)ကို မိမိကိုယ္က်ဳိးအတြက္ သံုးၿဖံဳးပစ္ေနတာဟာ ၊ ကမာၻျပည္သူတစ္ရပ္လံုးကို မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ ေစာ္ကားေနတာပါ ။

ခရီးစဥ္တိုင္းမွာ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ေျမာက္ေျမာက္ ၊ မေအာင္ျမင္ခဲ့တဲ့ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီဟာ ယခု ေနာက္ဆံုးအႀကိမ္မွာေတာ့ “ လူထုေခါင္းေဆာင္ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ ” နဲ႔ မေတြ႕ဆံုခဲ့ရပါဘူး ။ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္အေနနဲ႔ အေတြ႕မခံတဲ့အေၾကာင္းရင္းကို အခုအခ်ိန္ထိ မည္သူမွ မသိ႐ွိႏိုင္ေသးပါဘူး ။ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္္ေခ်ကေတာ့ စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ လမ္းျပေျမပံု (Road Map) ကို အသိအမွတ္ျပဳခဲ့လို႔ရယ္ ၊ မိမိရဲ႕ မူလတာ၀န္ကေန ေသြဖီၿပီး စစ္အစိုးရအလိုက် ေဆာင္႐ြက္ေပးေနတာရယ္ေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္ ။ ထူးျခားတာကေတာ့ စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ ႐ုပ္ျမင္သံၾကားက မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီရဲ႕ အဖြဲ႕၀င္ေတြနဲ႔ စစ္အစိုးရကလူေတြ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ရဲ႕ အိမ္ေ႔႐ွကေန ေလာ္စပီကာေတြနဲ႔ ေအာ္ဟစ္ေခၚဆိုေနပံုေတြကို ျပသတာပါဘဲ ။

စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ ထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္းကို ခံေနရတဲ့ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကို အမွန္တကယ္ေတြ႕ဆံုလိုတယ္ဆိုရင္ ဘာျဖစ္လို႔ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ အေနနဲ႔ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကို ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္အိမ္မွာ သြားေရာက္ေတြ႕ဆံု ဂါရ၀ျပဳခြင့္ကို စစ္အစိုးရထံ မေတာင္းဆိုခဲ့တာလဲ ။ အလားတူ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ ကို လက္ခံေတြ႕ဆံုမႈမ႐ွိတဲ့ စစ္ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မွဴးႀကီးသန္းေ႐ႊ(ယိုင္ယိုင္)ရဲ႕ အိမ္ေ႔႐ွကိုေရာ ဘာျဖစ္လို႔ ေလာ္စပီကာနဲ႔ သြားမေအာ္ၾကတာလဲ ။ (ေသနတ္နဲ႔ ပစ္ခံရမွာ သိေနလို႔လား ။ )

မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ ရဲ႕ အဆင့္ဟာ ၊ ကုလသမဂၢအေထြေထြအတြင္းေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္ရဲ႕ အထူးအႀကံေပးပုဂၢိဳလ္ (သံတမန္) တစ္ဦးသာျဖစ္ၿပီး ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ဟာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ လူထုေခါင္းေဆာင္တစ္ဦးျဖစ္တယ္ဆိုတာ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ သေဘာေပါက္မွာပါ ။ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္အိမ္မွာ သြားေရာက္ေတြ႕ခြင့္ ေတာင္းဆိုျခင္းဟာ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ အတြက္ ေသးသိမ္တဲ့ကိစၥမဟုတ္ပါဘူး ။ ကမာၻက ေလးစားရတဲ့ ႏိုဘယ္(လ္)ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးဆု႐ွင္ လူထုေခါင္းေဆာင္ရဲ႕ အိမ္မွာ ေတြ႕ဆံုခြင့္ရတာဟာ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ အတြက္ အထူးဂုဏ္ယူဖြယ္ရာ ကိစၥႀကီးတစ္ခု ျဖစ္လာမွာပါ ။

ရဟန္းသံဃာ ၊ ေက်ာင္းသူ/သား ၊ လူငယ္လူ႐ြယ္လူႀကီးမက်န္ ၊ ျပည္သူလူထုကို အၾကမ္းဖက္ သတ္ျဖတ္ၿပီး မတရားအာဏာကိုရယူထားတဲ့ စစ္အစိုးရနဲ႔ သူတို႔ရဲ႕လက္ေ၀ခံ အၾကမ္းဖက္အဖြဲ႕အစည္း လူလိမ္လူညာေတြနဲ႔သာ ဆက္လက္ေတြ႕ဆံုေပ်ာ္ပါးေနဦးမယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကို ထပ္မလာပါနဲ႕ေတာ့လို႔ ျမန္မာလူထုကိုယ္စား ေတာင္းဆိုလိုပါတယ္ ။မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ အေနနဲ႔ မိမိႏိုင္ငံ (ႏိုက္ဂ်ီးရီးယား) မွာ လာဘ္စားတာ အားမရလို႔ စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ ေပးစာကမ္းစာေတြရဖို႔ မ်က္ႏွာခ်ိဳေသြးေနရတာ ၊ ၀င္ခြင့္မရမွာေၾကာက္လို႔ ျပန္ၾကားေရး၀န္ႀကီး ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေက်ာ္ဆန္း (ဟာသေက်ာ္ဆန္း) ရဲ႕ တံေတြးခြက္ထဲမွာ မ်က္ႏွာအပ္ေတာင္းပန္ေနရတာဟာ ကုလသမဂၢရဲ႕ ဂုဏ္သိကၡာကို ထိခိုက္ေစပါတယ္ ။ ႐ွက္တတ္ရင္ လဲေသဖို႔ေတာင္ေကာင္းပါတယ္ ။

စစ္အစိုးရနဲ႔ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ တို႔ ပူးေပါင္းၿပီး လူထုေခါင္းေဆာင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ရဲ႕ အျပစ္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ ပညာသားပါပါ ဖန္တီးေဆာင္႐ြက္ေနတာေတြကို ျမန္မာျပည္သူျပည္သားေတြက ေကာင္းေကာင္းနားလည္ၾကပါတယ္ ။ ျမန္မာလူထုဟာ ဦးေႏွာက္ေကာင္းၾကပါတယ္ ။ စစ္အစိုးရ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ႀကီးမ်ားလို က်ပ္မျပည့္တဲ့သူေတြမဟုတ္ဘူးဆိုတာ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ သိထားသင့္ပါတယ္ ။ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ၊ (ခင္ဗ်ား)အရင္ေ႔႐ွက အာေပါင္အာရင္းသန္သန္ေျပာခဲ့ၾကတဲ့ ကုလသမဂၢ အထူးကိုယ္စားလွယ္ေတြ စစ္အစိုးရနဲ႔ အေပါင္းအသင္းလုပ္မႈေၾကာင့္ ၊ ေနာက္ဆံုး ဘယ္လိုဇာတ္သိမ္းခဲ့သလဲဆိုတာ သြားေရာက္ေတြ႕ဆံု ေမးျမန္းၾကည့္ေစခ်င္ပါတယ္ ။

ကုလသမဂၢရဲ႕ လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္ကို အလြဲသံုးစားလုပ္ၿပီး စစ္အစိုးရရဲ႕ ခိုင္းေစမႈေတြသာ ဆက္လုပ္ေနမယ္ဆိုရင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကို ထပ္မလာပါနဲ႔ေတာ့လို႔ မစၥတာ ဂမ္ဘာရီ ကို ထပ္မံပန္ၾကားလိုက္ပါတယ္ ။

Entreaty to Mr. Ibrahim Agboola Gambari (Special Slavish Servant of Burmese Military Junta)

So call special envoy from United Nation Secretary General, Mr. Ibrahim Agboola Gambari completed his (6) days trip to Burma on Saturday, 23.08.2008.This is a 6th trip for him and purpose of his mission was to negotiate between Military Junta and National League for Democracy (NLD) to resolve the political tension and reconciliation. NLD won the landslide election held by Junta but latter refuse to hand over the power to NLD. Most of the NLD party members were arrested, tortured and even murdered by Junta.

Each and every of Mr. Gambari’s trips and itineraries are entirely arrange by Military Junta and he has no freedom to go wherever he wants but we never heard of his objection to that restriction.

Mr. Gambari only get the chance to see the person if Junta arrange/allow for him and all entire nation know that he is gladly followed everything arrange by Junta. He never refuses the arrangement and never tries to request for the meeting which really necessary.

All entire nation watch in the Junta’s own news paper and television media as they can always see Mr. Gambari enjoy the accompany of Generals and having enjoy together with them in Banquet Dinner. We never heard of Mr. Gambari requesting any opposition party members to attend in that event or arrange to meet and having a chance to talk and dine with them. We learnt from some security personnel that he can spare his time to have massage session in Mya Yeik Nyo Royal Hotel every night. He can spend the extra time for own relaxation such as massage, manicure and other personal satisfaction but his main task of meeting with NLD and other Ethnic Organization, he can only spare 10 minutes for them. That is the most dishonorable behavior of Mr. Gambari’s and we feel insulted to our entire Nation and people. He is wasting the money of United Nation and in other mean he is wasting the money of the world people’s distribution. He is insulting the people of the world too.

He can never achieve any positive result in all his trips to Burma. Only result is that he praises the Junta’s 7 steps Road Map as that is totally unacceptable by Burmese people. Probably, Daw Aung San Su Kyi refusal to meet him is mostly because of that. Moreover, Mr. Gambari is very obviously doing all the jobs for Junta and Burmese people consider him as Junta’s slavish servant.

The funniest thing we can see in this trip was that Mr. Gambari’s entourages and Junta’s subordinates were shouting with portable Loudspeaker in front of Daw Aung San Su Kyi house. State run Medias want to accuse that they call Daw Aung San Su Kyi in that way but she was not turn up.

Daw Aung San Su Kyi was in under house arrest for more than five years without trial and her house, her compound and surrounding area including all adjacent roads were segregated and restricted. No one except authority and security personnel can enter that area. They can go into her house anytime and that is daily and normal practice for the authorities to do so. Why can’t they go in? Why Mr. Gambari did not wants to go in? Why they want to make that comical show? She’s not free person to come out from her house. Junta leader Senior General Than Shwe also refuses to meet Mr. Gambari and why didn’t he go in front of Than Shwe house with Loudspeaker and shout? He knows that he will get bullets instead of meeting.

Mr. Gambari’s position is only a special envoy from United Nation Secretary General and we consider him as normal diplomat. Not more than that but Daw Aung San Su Kyi is a leader of Burmese people so we believe if Mr. Gambari go to her house and arrange for meeting is not a dishonorable subject for him. Mr. Gambari can be proud of going to Noble peace prize laureate house for meeting especially she is under unlawful suppression and house arrest.

Mr. Gambari is enjoying with Junta’s entertainments and neglecting the desire of entire nation and people. Junta and Generals are criminals and innocent people of Burma were tortured, murdered and threaten by them. If Mr. Gambari is enjoying associating with them, then the best for you is not to come back to Burma. Your task and your work are contrary and we feel betrayed.

This is a shame for United Nation as one of their top diplomats was shamelessly associated with the world most corrupted and murderous criminals. He can’t save his own face in front of Generals when he was insulted by Brigadier General Kyaw San but he is immediately tamed after that. Probably Kyaw San did some under table negotiation to close Mr. Gambari’s mouth and recruited as their most loyal servant.

The last act of Loudspeaker conspiracy in front of Daw Aung San Su Kyi house was intentional set up collaborated together by Junta’s Generals and Mr. Gambari. But let us warn to Mr. Gambari that Burmese people are not stupid and have considerable brain with them. We are not like brainless Generals. All of Mr. Gambari’s predecessors were end up in the dishonorable results due to corruption and close association with Junta. We hope you are better at beginning but all the same at the end.

We again, hereby request you not to come back to Burma as if you are obeying the order of Junta and breaching the duty of United Nation that Burmese people are not in trust with you anymore.
