ယခုလပိုင္းအတြင္း၊ အထူးစံုစမ္းစစ္ေဆးေရး အဖြဲ႔(စစစ)မွ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္း ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔မွဴး၏ဇနီး၊ “ေဒၚေမႊးေမႊး” ကို ေခၚယူစစ္ ေဆးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေဒၚေမႊးေမႊးဟာရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႕တြင္း ေနရာ(၅)ေနရာမွာ၊ အလွျပင္ဆိုင္ အမည္ခံ၍ ဝန္ထမ္းအမ်ိဳးသမီးငယ္ ေလးမ်ားစြာျဖင့္ အႏွိပ္ခန္းမ်ားဖြင့္လွစ္ခါ၊ စီးပြားေရးလမ္းေျဖာင့္ျဖဴးေနသူတဦးပါ။

ဒီျဖစ္စဥ္ကို၊ ျပည္ထဲေရး ဝန္ၾကီးဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေမာင္ဦး သိရွိသြားခါ၊ ရဲမွဴးၾကီးဝင္းႏိုင္နဲ႔ ဇနီးေဒၚေမႊးေမႊးတို႔အား၊ ခ်က္ျခင္းဖမ္း ခ်ဳပ္ရန္၊ ရဲခ်ဳပ္ခင္ရီအား အမိန္႔ေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ရဲခ်ဳပ္ခင္ရီမွ ရဲမွဴးၾကီးဝင္းႏိုင္အား၊ ေနျပည္ေတာ္သို႔ ေခၚယူအမွဳစစ္ေဆးခဲ့ ျပီး၊ ဇနီးေဒၚေမႊးေမႊးအား ရန္ကုန္မွာ ဖမ္းဆီးစစ္ေဆးမွဳေတြ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေစခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဒါေပမဲ့လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့၊ ၄ရက္ခန္႔က၊ ရဲမွဴးၾကီးဝင္းႏိုင္န႔ဲ ဇနီးေဒၚေမႊးေမႊးတို႔၊ ဖမ္းဆီးခ်ဳပ္ေႏွာင္ထားရာမွ၊ အသီးသီးထြက္ေျပး လႊတ္ေျမာက္သြားၾကပါတယ္။ ဒီလို ထူးဆန္းစြာ ထြက္ေျပး လႊတ္ေျမာက္သြားရတာဟာ၊ ရဲခ်ဳပ္ခင္ရီရဲ႕ စီစဥ္ေပးမွဳ မပါဘဲ မျဖစ္ႏိုင္ဘူးလို႔၊ အတြင္းသိ ရဲအရာရွိမ်ားမွ သံုးသပ္ေျပာဆိုေနၾကပါတယ္။

ယခုကဲ့သို႔ အာဏာအလြဲသံုးစားျပဳျပီး၊ အမွန္တကယ္ အေရးယူရမဲ့ကိစၥမ်ားကို၊ မသိခ်င္ေယာင္ ေဆာင္၍ေနပါက၊ ေနာင္ တခ်ိန္မွာ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာမဲ့တာဝန္ဟာ၊ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အၾကီးအကဲ ျဖစ္တဲ့၊ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မွဴးၾကီး သန္းေရႊရဲ႕ တာဝန္သာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔၊ ျပည္ထဲေရးဝန္ၾကီးဌာနမွ၊ အရာရွိၾကီးမ်ားက ေဝဖန္ေျပာဆိုလွ်က္ရွိေနပါတယ္။

Case behind the dismissing of Rangoon Division Police Commander (Commissioner of Police). Home Minister Maung Oo and Police Chief Khin Yee were involved.
Daw Hmwe Hmwe, wife of Police Colonel Win Naing (Rangoon Division Police Commissioner) was summoned by Bureau of Special Investigation (BSI) recently for enquiry and investigation of her illegal way to earn the money in the business. Daw Hmwe Hmwe owns and operates 5 beauty saloons and massage parlors around in Rangoon area with so many young and pretty ladies were employed. That business is very prosperous for her as beauty salon is just for covering only but she earn the fortune by running vice den behind. Those visitors to massage parlors were end up in having sex with young hostesses after spending vast amount of money. Daw Hmwe Hmwe still can’t stop her greed at that only and when sometime less customers coming into her business then she calls wives of police officers posted in Rangoon area to come to her beauty saloon and force them to do beauty care, hair cut and facial cleansing et cetera, et cetera for good of her business. Those wives of police officers were always ready and forced to go because they afraid of their husband’s superior officer but they use to joke behind as they catch common cold because of too much shampooing and worry for infesting with H1N1 flu.
For such a shameless way of doing business, BSI also investigate the hostesses employed in Daw Hmwe Hmwe business. Some of those hostesses complain that they were tortured by BSI investigators during the investigation. They complain and open the cases in some police station.
When Home Minister Maj. Gen. Maung Oo heard about the case, he was exploded and issues the order to arrest both Police Colonel Win Naing and wife Daw Hmwe Hmwe. Police Chief Brigadier General Khin Yee was in charge for investigation of the case and Daw Hmwe Hmwe was arrested in Rangoon but Police Colonel Win Naing was in Nay-Pyi-Taw and investigation was going on.
Then mystery started as Police Colonel Win Naing and wife Daw Hmwe Hmwe escaped from their custodies and disappeared last week. Information from inner circle of police said that Brigadier General Khin Yee arrange the escape for them as otherwise if investigation going on, he afraid of his involvements in briberies, corruptions, breach of trust, conduct of character and strong criticizing of his superior will surfaced. Brigadier General Khin Yee is well prepared and ready to blackmail if Minister Maung Oo tries to take action upon him. He prepares all Maung Oo’s wrong doing in full report and will send it to Senior General Than Shwe if Maung Oo tries to do some nasty action to him.
What we can see from the above case is that they are the most responsible people for restoring and preserving of law and order in the country but they act themselves like Mafia Chiefs. For a long term, people and country will suffered from damages because of the consequences of shameless behavior and character performed by senior people like Home Minister Maung Oo, Police Chief Khin Yee and Rangoon Police Chief, Police Colonel Win Naing.
There are some criticisms in inner circle of Home Ministry that whether known or unknown by the Head of State and SPDC members about all wrong doing in the government but all responsibility will lie upon them and they are to take the consequences if not handle with drastic action in time to eliminate the misdemeanors in their organization.
